If you wear full ranger armor with a silver ranger chestplate, you will get a speed 2  effect and when you shift you will be invisible!!! Become the master of stealth! 

If you wear a full ranger armor with a bronze ranger chestplate, you will become the apprentice of stealt with a normal speed effect.

You can craft it with hardened leather and a silver/bronze oakleaf.
